Step 1

Our crew will arrive onsite to remove all the doors and drawer faces. Cabinets will then be carefully transported to our spray booth.

Step 2

Onsite, we will mask off the floors, ceiling, appliances and inside of the cabinets. We will also set up tarped walls to close off the kitchen from the remainder of your living space.

Step 3

Both onsite, and in the spray booth, all the surfaces will be degreased and sanded with high-grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth finish.

Step 4 (Optional)

In the shop, we will fill the old handle holes using a two-part epoxy wood filler for maximum performance.

Step 5

All the cabinets in the spray booth, as well as the onsite surfaces, will be sprayed using a primer mixed with an added catalyst to build a durable base.

Step 6

Two coats of water-based lacquer will be spray applied to all the surfaces.

Step 7 (Optional)

In the shop, we will carefully measure out the new holes and install the new handles.

Step 8

The kitchen will be carefully unmasked and cleaned up.

Step 9

The doors and drawers will be wrapped and transported back to the site. We will then reinstall them.
